Submitting an inquiry through our website does not guarantee a booking. All bookings, pricing, and availability are subject to confirmation by the respective helicopter operators. We act solely as an intermediary to facilitate communication.

3. Price Estimates

All pricing information displayed on our website, including the "Experience Builder" tool, is provided for informational purposes only. Actual prices may vary based on operator, season, conditions, and other factors. Always confirm final pricing directly with the operator.

4. Third-Party Operators

Your heliskiing experience will be provided by independent third-party operators who:

• Hold all necessary licenses and permits
• Carry appropriate insurance coverage
• Employ certified guides and pilots
• Are responsible for all safety and operational matters

Your contract for services will be directly with the operator, not with CortinaHeli.com.

5. Risk Acknowledgment

Heliskiing is an extreme sport with inherent risks including but not limited to avalanche, injury, and death. By using our service, you acknowledge these risks and agree that CortinaHeli.com is not liable for any incidents occurring during heliskiing activities.
